At Harmoni, our med spa in Frisco, every IV starts with a health check by our licensed nursing team, under the guidance of Sonija Shrestha, DNP, a dual-certified nurse practitioner. Your drip is chosen around your goals, and wellness labs can help fine-tune it over time. Many Frisco clients come in for a regular drip as part of their routine, and we also see clients from Plano and McKinney. If you plan to come monthly, the IV Wellness membership includes one drip each month for $119, plus 10% off all drips and IM injections. You can book online or call our Frisco med spa.

Yes, many clients feel nervous at first. The needle is only used to place a small, soft catheter, and the nurse will talk you through each step. Lying back, looking away and slow breathing help most people stay comfortable.

Yes, a light meal and some water before your visit can help you feel steady during the drip. Coming in on an empty stomach makes some people feel lightheaded. Wear a top with sleeves that roll up easily.

Most clients feel fine. The most common issues are a small bruise, mild soreness at the IV site or a cool feeling in the arm. Rarely, the vein can become irritated or infected, so tell us if the site gets red, warm or painful.

The monthly drip in the IV Wellness membership does not include NAD+. Members still get 10% off all drips, which applies to NAD+ as well. Our Frisco team can help you decide which option fits your goals.
