Minor medical care at Harmoni, our med spa in Frisco is provided by Sonija Shrestha, DNP, a dual-certified family and acute care nurse practitioner with more than 10 years of clinical experience, with medical director coverage. Visits are booked, so you get time to talk through your concern in a calm setting. Many Frisco clients like being seen by a provider they already know from their wellness or aesthetic care, and we also see clients from Plano and Allen. It depends on the schedule that day. Call or text our Frisco med spa and we will look for the soonest time that works. We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm.

Bring a photo ID, a list of your medicines and supplements, and any allergies. It also helps to write down when your symptoms started and what you have tried. Our Frisco team will ask about your health history during the visit.
