Sonija Shrestha, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, ACNP-BC
Dr. Sonija Shrestha is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of diverse clinical experience. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Texas Woman’s University and completed advanced nurse practitioner training at the University of Texas at Arlington. Throughout her career, she has worked in primary care, infusion therapy, emergency response, and hospital-based care, giving her a strong foundation in both acute medicine and long-term patient wellness.
Sonija is passionate about the art and science of aesthetics and believes in achieving natural, rejuvenating results that enhance each client’s unique beauty. With advanced training in aesthetic medicine, she specializes in Botox, dermal fillers, Biostimulator, PDO threads, Kybella, microneedling, laser therapies, and medical-grade skincare. She carefully evaluates each client’s facial structure, skin health, and personal goals to design treatment plans that deliver balanced, harmonious results while maintaining a natural look.
In addition to aesthetics, Sonija has a strong passion for wellness. She is trained in hormone replacement therapy and peptides, offering her clients a more comprehensive approach to health and vitality. She believes true confidence comes not only from outer beauty but also from inner balance, and she enjoys helping clients achieve both.

Lauren is a licensed Aesthetician and Laser Professional specializing in advanced skincare and laser treatments that support healthy and radiant skin. Known for her calm and gentle demeanor, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve their skin goals in a way that feels comfortable, reassuring, and tailored to their individual needs.
Lauren takes a thoughtful, personalized approach to every treatment, combining expertise with genuine care. She is passionate about creating an intentionally welcoming environment where clients feel heard, supported, and confident in their treatment plan, allowing them to fully relax, ask questions, and enjoy a positive, results-driven experience from start to finish.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two dogs, staying active through Pilates, and traveling to new places where she can unwind, explore, and find inspiration.
